The Longevity Method Co 90-Day Reset is a comprehensive lifestyle optimization program priced at $3,499. It includes baseline and follow-up testing, personalized nutrition and fitness planning, one-on-one coaching, accountability tracking, peptide education, and virtual recovery guidance. The program is delivered over 90 days in a structured cohort format.

Enrollment may be secured with a $500 non-refundable deposit, applied toward the total program tuition. The remaining balance is due September 14, 2026 for the cohort beginning October 1, 2026.

We do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, weight loss, longevity, or performance outcome. Individual results depend on many factors, including genetics, starting health status, adherence, sleep, stress, and lifestyle circumstances outside our control.

By enrolling, you agree to participate in good faith and to follow the personalized goals, protocols, and recommendations we outline together. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completing baseline and follow-up testing on schedule.
• Attending scheduled coaching calls and check-ins.
• Following the agreed nutrition, fitness, sleep, and recovery plan to the best of your ability.
• Communicating openly with your coach about challenges, setbacks, or changes in your health.
• Tracking the metrics and habits requested as part of your accountability plan.

Real change is hard and takes time. The program works best when you engage consistently and honestly. We will guide, track, and adjust with you every step of the way — but we cannot do the work for you.

• Deposit: A $500 deposit reserves your seat and your September testing slot. This deposit is non-refundable but is applied toward your total tuition.
• Pay in Full: You may pay the full $3,499 at enrollment.
• Remainder Due: The remaining balance is due by September 14, 2026. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in forfeiture of your deposit and seat.
• Seat Limit: Enrollment is capped at 30 participants per cohort to preserve individualized attention.
• Cancellation by Participant: If you cancel before the balance due date, your deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus any non-refundable testing or service fees already incurred.
• Cancellation by Longevity Method Co: If we cancel a cohort for any reason, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid.

Longevity Method Co does not provide medical care, diagnose medical conditions, or replace the advice of your physician or licensed healthcare provider. Our program is educational and coaching-based.

You should consult your physician before beginning any new nutrition, fitness, supplement, or lifestyle protocol, especially if you have a known medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medications. We may request medical clearance before you begin certain activities.

Baseline bloodwork and other assessments are coordinated in September so your personalized program can be ready for the October 1 cohort start. You are responsible for completing required testing by the deadlines we provide.

Your health data is handled in accordance with our privacy practices. We use this information solely to design and adjust your program. You retain ownership of your personal health information.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program for abusive behavior, repeated non-participation, dishonesty about health status, or failure to follow safety protocols. In such cases, refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

All materials provided during the program — including guides, plans, videos, templates, and educational content — are the intellectual property of Longevity Method Co. You may use these materials for your personal participation only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Method Co and its coaches, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Our total liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your participation in the program will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment applies to your purchase. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
